Brown cylindrical body with numerous gray spots with black borders and white edges.

Indo-Pacific. It lives on sandy rubble bottoms in a depth range of 3-45 meters.
Reproduction

Up to 60cm.
Prey / Predation
It feeds on detritus. By eating sand it can filter the biofilm that holds the sand grains together.
